Card Concept #44 {Festive Glory}

Welcome to The Card Concept! Each week we offer up a challenge for you to try, and we hope that you will create a card in one of the styles we have offered here.  The team is divided into the different styles and each designer explains how they were inspired by the challenge!  So come and join us and try your hand at a brand new "style" of card making or work in your comfort zone, it is totally up to you!

We are getting "Festive" and hope you will share a holiday inspired card!

Feel free to use any of the styles of our team or better yet, share you own style by combining one or more of the styles. We want you to have fun and make a card in a style that you feel good about!

The styles are explained HERE.

This month we are thrilled to have Guest Designer, Julee Tilman with us as a Shabby/Chic designer!!! Everything Julee makes is a "one-of-kind" beauty! She is a true artist and I was absolutely thrilled that she agreed to join us as a Guest this month! Thank you so much, Julee! I asked her to share a little about herself!

Hi, I’m Julee Tilman, a dabbler in many arts, mama to 3.5 year old twins and Owner/Illustator/Wonder Woman at Verve Stamps.  I’ve been stamping for 20+ years and love a good card layout.  I absolutely adore mixed-media, distressing and lots of layers, but also thrive on trying new things and blurring the lines between styles.  On any given day it’s anyone’s guess which stamping style I’ll be sharing on my blog, Poetic Artistry

The designers have entered their cards below and they have explained the style they used and the way they were inspired...we cannot wait to see how YOU are inspired!
