The Card Concept #87 {Freshly Brewed}

Welcome to The Card Concept! Every two weeks we post our inspiration photo challenge and hope that you will join us and create a card for our challenge gallery.

Before we post our inspiration challenge photo, we would like to say farewell to two of our designers, Ruth Andrews and Becca Cruger.  Both ladies are stepping down from the DT due to life changes and responsibilities.  We have enjoyed seeing their artwork each week and will miss them!  We wish them all the best in the future and hope that you will take a moment to visit their blogs and wish them well!

Now, on to our new inspiration photo....

Please feel free to use any of the styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles.  We want you to have fun with our inspiration!

Our design team members will also be selecting a style (or combination of styles) and will explain how they were inspired by the challenge.  So come and join us!  We'd love you to try your hand at a brand new style of card making or feel free to work in your comfort zone.  It is totally up to you!

The styles are explained HERE.

Now for the design team and their inspiration:

Julie Gearinger
Julie's Inspiration: I was inspired by the beautiful
flowers as well as the gray white-washed wood
for my Classy & Elegant Mixed Media card!

Kim Heggins
Kim's Inspiration: So much inspired me on this one,
from the table top, pretty pink flowers and
that amazing cup of coffee! I kept my card pretty
Clean and Simple so the coffee would shine.

Michele K. Henderson
Michele's Inspiration: I was inspired by the colors
and shapes, and a wanted to include botanical
pink elements in my Freestyle Collage design.

Nancy Penir
Nancy's Inspiration: What didn't inspire me?!?!
The cup of coffee, sweet pink daisies, wood background,
a touch of black and just a bit of rustic elegance
for my Mixed Media card.

Maureen's Inspiration: My Clean and Layered card
was inspired by the gorgeous flowers, wood slat table
and that yummy grande non fat latte
with extra heart foam :)

Susan's Inspiration: I was inspired by the colors,
all that woodgrain and of course the cup of
what I'll call tea for my somewhat
Clean and Layered card.

Angel's Inspiration: I loved the textured
background with the pink flowers and obviously
the cuppa coffee for my Clean and Layered card :)

Mackie's Inspiration: My Clean and Layered card
was inspired by the pinks and COFFEE!!!!
