The Card Concept #118 {Cacti Clusters}

Welcome to The Card Concept! Every two weeks we post our inspiration photo challenge and hope that you will join us by creating a card for our challenge gallery. 

This will be our final challenge for this spring/summer season- 
we will be back in the beginning of September with all new challenges!! 

Please feel free to use any of the styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles.  We want you to have fun with our inspiration!

Our designers will also be selecting a style (or combination of styles) and will explain how they were inspired by the challenge.  So come and join us!  We'd love you to try your hand at a brand new style of card making or feel free to work in your comfort zone.  It is totally up to you!

Tangii Crain

Tangii's Inspiration: I was inspired by the greens & purples
 with just a hint of coral/pink for my Clean and Simple card!

Julie Gearinger

Julie's Inspiration: I was inspired by the succulents, colors and 
texture to create a Classy and Elegant /Mixed Media card!

Michele K. Henderson

Michele's Inspiration: I was so inspired by the beautiful colors 
and shapes of the succulents that I used them 
in my Clean and Layered desert cacti card!

Nancy Penir

Nancy's Inspiration: I'm in love with all succulents, 
so that was my focus... Classy and Elegant!

Maureen Plut

Maureen's Inspiration: My Clean and Layered card was 

inspired by the colours and natural elements.

Susan Powell

Susan's Inspiration: My Clean and Simple card was 

inspired by the woodgrain background and

 the succulents.

Betty's Inspiration:  I was inspired by the title 

"cacti clusters" and the colors in the inspiration photo.  
I created a Clean and Layered styled card.

1.  Use the challenge inspiration photo to create a card.

2.  Use one of the challenge styles to create a card (or if you prefer, combine a few styles).

3.  Explain in a post which style or combination of styles you used and what inspired you from our photo.
