Thank you to everyone who applied for the Design Team. We had 18 amazing submissions and I am going to have a difficult time narrowing it down. I wanted to let everyone who applied know that I will be taking a few days to look through everyone's submissions and will be contacting everyone by the end of June. You will receive an email from me either way. Thank you!

The Card Concept #37-The Butterfly Effect

Welcome to The Card Concept! Each week we offer up a challenge for you to try, and we hope that you will create a card in one of the styles we have offered here.  The team is divided into the different styles and each designer explains how they were inspired by the challenge!  So come and join us and try your hand at a brand new "style" of card making or work in your comfort zone, it is totally up to you!

This month we are focusing on Clean and Graphic designs. Clean & Graphic Designs are unmistakable--clear and to the point, minimal frill, images and lines that are bold and striking.  For the month of June we have talented Hannelie Bester joining us from across the globe. If you haven't visited her blog, Dessert Diva, you are in for a treat. Her designs stand out and pop off the page, always clean and simple with a graphic twist. We are thrilled to have the very sweet Hannelie joining us this month.

Design Team Call for The Card Concept {June 1st-June 10th}

We are looking for new designers to join us in the following styles:

Clean and Simple (1)

Clean and Graphic (1)

Freestyle Collage (1)

Classy & Elegant (1)

Mixed Media (1)

Shabby Chic (1)

If you are interested in being considered for the team, here is what you need to do! 

Anyone is welcome to apply! 

Design Team Application Information Needed:

*Please write up a post on your blog and link up to the linky below...please include the following information in your post:

1. Using one of the past challenges for The Card Concept, create a NEW card in the style you would most like to design. 
2. Be sure to explain how you were inspired by the challenge you chose and explain why you would like to be a "insert your style choice" designer for the Card Concept.
3. Good photo quality is important.

The DT Guidelines and Expectations:

1. You must have a blog.
2. 4 month term-September-December 2015 (with a chance for extension)
3. Must make 2 cards per month. (bi-weekly challenges)
4. Be willing to comment on the submissions of others. (we use a commenting system)
5. Be a team player.
6. You must be on FACEBOOK-we have a private team page.
7. Any and all product is welcome but this challenge is NOT a selling platform.
