The Card Concept #99 {Sunflower Seranade}

Welcome to The Card Concept! Every two weeks we post our inspiration photo challenge and hope that you will join us by creating a card for our challenge gallery. 

Please feel free to use any of the styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles.  We want you to have fun with our inspiration!

Our design team members will also be selecting a style (or combination of styles) and will explain how they were inspired by the challenge.  So come and join us!  We'd love you to try your hand at a brand new style of card making or feel free to work in your comfort zone.  It is totally up to you!

Tangii's Inspiration: Sunflowers are so pretty and full of 
character... the perfect focal point for my 
Clean and Simple card.

Vicki Finger

Vicki's Inspiration:  I love the bright vibrant colors 
in the inspiration image and created a 
Clean and simple card.

Julie Gearinger

Julie's Inspiration: I love sunflowers and was 
inspired by the entire scene to create a 
Shabby Chic/Mixed Media card!

Michele K. Henderson

Michele's Inspiration: I created a crisp Clean and Simple
 card inspired by the colors of the country sunflowers!

Kim's Inspiration:  I tried Mixed Media style for the first time 
for my Sunflower Card.

bold, bright contrast of the sunflowers against the red barn 
for my Clean and Layered card.

"zig-zag-y" pattern in the back along with the sherbet colors 
for my Freestyle Collage card.

 palette for my Clean and Elegant Christmas Card.

Julie's Inspiration: I was inspired by the black and 
white graphics as well as the pastel rainbow
 colors to create a somewhat "Clean" Mixed Media card!

Michele's Inspiration: What's a better inspiration than a 
pastel unicorn? I added one to this Clean and Simple 
stamped and die cut card.

 by the rainbow and unicorn words.

 inspiration photo. I went with the celebration theme for 
my not so "Clean" but Layered card!
