Welcome to The Card Concept! Every two weeks we post our inspiration photo challenge and hope that you will join us by creating a card for our challenge gallery.
Please feel free to use any of the styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles. We want you to have fun with our inspiration!
Our designers will also be selecting a style (or combination of styles) and will explain how they were inspired by the challenge. So come and join us! We'd love you to try your hand at a brand new style of card making or feel free to work in your comfort zone. It is totally up to you!

Tangii Crain
Tangii's Inspiration: I love the rich, warm colors in the
inspiration photo, they inspired my Clean and Layered card.
Julie Gearinger
Julie's Inspiration: I was inspired by the homespun feeling
as well as the reds, green along with the black plaid in the pillow
to create a somewhat Shabby Chic /Mixed Media card!
Michele K. Henderson
Michele's Inspiration: I love the car with the tree on top,
under a starry sky. That always feels like home to me
and inspired my Mixed Media shaker card.
Kim Lackenbach
Kim's Inspiration: I was inspired by the rustic gingham
pattern on the pillow along with the tree to
create a Clean and Layered card!
Nancy Penir
Nancy's Inspiration: All the warmth of a wintry Christmas
inspired my homespun, layered and Mixed Media card.
Maureen Plut
Maureen's Inspiration: My Shabby Chic card was inspired by
the bokeh lights, the branches as well
as the red and gold accents.
Susan Powell
Susan's Inspiration: I was inspired by the pillow
and the greenery to make my Clean and Simple card.
Angel Rivera
Angel's Inspiration: I loved the contrast of the window and
white walls, which helps make the decorated tree "pop"
and inspired my Clean and Graphic card!
Mackie Robertson
Mackie is taking a break from the Design Team for the month of November
to celebrate a wedding in her family! She will be back in December,

Marcie Sharp
Marcie's Inspiration: The traditional colour scheme, and the
classic Christmas feel to the picture inspired my
Classy & Elegant/Clean & Layered card.
