Welcome to The Card Concept!
Before we start our new challenge, we wanted to let you know that Angel Rivera will be stepping down from the Design Team to spend more time with her family.
We will
miss Angel and wish her all the best for the future!
Just a reminder, an inspiration photo is exactly that- a starting point for inspiration. Will it be the colors, the overall theme, the texture, the actual items and/or something else that will inspire your card?

At the end of the challenge, our Design Team will choose one Main Winner and at least three Honorable Mentions. We will announce the winners here on our challenge blog, as well as our Facebook page and our new Pinterest board.
Again, as we mentioned above, please feel free to use any of the styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles. We want you to have fun with our inspiration!

Now for our Design Team's inspiration:
Esther's Inspiration: I was inspired by the theme and
the red plaid pillow to create this
Mixed Media Christmas card.
Tangii's Inspiration: I was inspired by the cozy
colors, buffalo check and tree sprigs for my
Clean and Layered card.
Julie's Inspiration: I was inspired by the buffalo check pillow,
the sprig of evergreen and the white accents to
create a Clean and Layered card.
Michele's Inspiration: You just can't ignore that red and
black plaid, the chair, the greenery, and of course,
\if it's MY home, it has curious kitties! I used them
all in my Clean and Layered card.
Nancy's Inspiration: That buffalo plaid sang to me
and helped me to choose a Clean and Layered
Christmas card.
LeAnne Pugliese
LeAnne's Inspiration: I was inspired by the Buffalo check,
the white background and the greenery to create
my Clean and Layered card this week!
Mackie's Inspiration: I was inspired by the buffalo check
pillow and the the evergreens to create my
Clean and Simple style card.
Marcie's Inspiration: My Clean and Layered card was
inspired by the gorgeous greenery and classic
buffalo plaid !
Anita's Inspiration: Literally, the red plaid and
greenery to create this Clean and Layered card.
Betty's Inspiration: I was inspired by the colors, textures,
and patterns. I created a vintage graphic
Clean and Layered styled card.
The Card Concept Guidelines:
1. Use the challenge inspiration photo to create a card- no back linking.
2. Use one of the challenge styles to create a card (or if you prefer, combine a few styles).
3. Explain in a post which style or combination of styles you used and what inspired you from our photo.
4. Link your post using our linky (please link to the actual post on your blog and not just your blog) and please display our inspiration photo in your blog post.
5. We do not mind if you combine our challenge with others, but please do not combine ours with another inspiration challenge.
6. Please try to comment on the cards ahead of you and behind you in the linky. Everyone loves comments!
The deadline to participate is
Monday, November 30th at 12:00 pm EST.
Our Challenge Winner and the Honorable Mentions will be announced on Wednesday, December 2nd.

FYI- We have noticed that recently a few of our entrants are not following our guidelines, especially #3 , #4 and #5(see above).
We have had to disqualify many entries lately and would love to be able to include all into our voting for Winner/HM!
If you would like to be included in our entries for possible Winner or Honorable Mention, please make sure you include our inspiration photo in your blog post, link to our challenge site and do not include any other inspiration challenges. Thanks again for playing along with us!
