Happy New Year and Welcome to Our New Designers!

Happy New Year!!  We hope all of you are having a great New Year so far!  This year we are welcoming two very talented ladies to The Card Concept Design Team- Becca Cruger and Susan Powell!  We have asked each designer to share a bit about themselves and we are looking forward to sharing their creations with all of you!  We hope you will join us in giving them a warm welcome!!

Becca Cruger

I've been crafting ever since I discovered how to attach glitter to paper! You'll frequently find me with ink all over my hands because I LOVE working with messy products - especially Ranger Distress products. I am the owner of Damsel of Distressed Cards in Grand Forks, ND and teach card making and mixed media art classes. I also design stamps for STAMPlorations. My card designs are very eclectic and my favorite way to create is by layering and incorporating mixed media.

Hi there! My name is Susan. I live in a small town in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada with my husband of 25 years and one of our daughters (who is getting ready to go off to University). Our other daughter left a few years ago and is almost finished her schooling. There aren't any craft stores where I live but thankfully there's the internet or I'd go crazy. My husband and my kids would tell you that's not a long trip - haha. By day I'm an Education Assistant in the town high school (we only have one) and by night I'm a stamper. I love all styles of cardmaking but usually find myself gravitating towards the CAS style.

I'm super excited to be joining The Card Concept Design Team as a designer!

Thanks for visiting and we hope you will be back tomorrow for our first  challenge in 2017!!
