The Card Concept #111 {Scattered Seashells}

elcome to The Card Concept! Every two weeks we post our inspiration photo challenge and hope that you will join us by creating a card for our challenge gallery. 

Please feel free to use any of the styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles.  We want you to have fun with our inspiration!

Our designers will also be selecting a style (or combination of styles) and will explain how they were inspired by the challenge.  So come and join us!  We'd love you to try your hand at a brand new style of card making or feel free to work in your comfort zone.  It is totally up to you!

Tangii's Inspiration:  I was inspired by the colors and the
 textures for this Mixed Media card!

Julie Gearinger

Julie's Inspiration: I was inspired by, of course, the shells and the 
aqua color of the wood background to create a 
Clean and Simple Mixed Media card!

Michele K. Henderson

Michele's Inspiration:  I was inspired by the tiny sea shells and
 the ocean blue background for my 
Mixed Media Scattered Seashells card.

Kim Lackenbach

Kim's Inspiration: I was inspired by the shells and colors 
for my Clean and Layered shaker card. I added 
a pinky-red color for the coral!

Nancy Penir

Nancy's Inspiration: All those wonderful seashells on 

an aqua woodgrain, with a touch of real sand 

inspired my Mixed Media card.

Maureen Plut

Maureen's Inspiration: My Shabby Chic card was inspired
 by the scattered shells (flowers for me) and the 
wood background.

Susan Powell

Susan's Inspiration: My Clean and Simple card was 

inspired by the colors and the  background.

 background and the seashells to created my
 Clean & Elegant style card.

 Marcie's Inspiration: The ocean theme with its sand and 
shells inspired my Shabby Chic/Mixed Media card.

Pam's Inspiration: I was inspired by the colors, seashells, and 
sand to create a Clean and Simple beachy feeling card. 

Our Rules:

2.  Use one of the challenge styles to create a card (or if you prefer, combine a few styles).

3.  Explain in a post which style or combination of styles you used and what inspired you from our photo.
